This has been going on since January although at much higher volumes recently. Part of this selling is consistently bought by TD as tho a major account was being liquidated ( eg RRSP )  with limited transfers to another account with restricted limits . Altogether about 6 million shares todate . This has kept the share price restrained during this period ......hopefully the account is now ...more

Could this be Signal SGNL selling off their shares. They certainly need the money now!

I don't think it's Signal. That block of shares will probably be taken out by an  block cross arranged by management...or that is my hope.
