If NFG has made a decision on toll mining

And if they decided against it and told MAE.

Would that be considered a material change and have to be reported by MAE?  Or would it be considered non material because they never had an agreement in the first place?  They only had an agreement to have the idea considered and possibly discussed.

To me, it is important, and many shareholders I'm certain consider it important when they consider their investment here.

In my opinion, it is material.  But the clock has been ticking and the trading doesn't suggest that any agreement is imminent.  People always know.

NFG hired Ronnie in 2022 to prepare for a decision to Early mine . Within 2 weeks of MAE acquiring Point Rousse, NFG had their Tolling arrangement . NFG have high grade open pit ore. It can only be processed at Point Rousse . Firefly only have 1500 tpd Nuggett Pond mill. Not nearly enough for their production plans. Point Rousse capacity can double that, leaving us with the Nuggett Pond ...more
