NFG Raising $400 Million

Just released their new Prospectus to raise up to $300 million US...$400 m in $C for a variety of purposes including acquisitions .

Maritime owns the only two mills in NK , the only fully permitted tailings Ponds, an high grade open pit mine ( HD ) fully permitted to go into production in the range of 50,000 ounces to 100,000 ounces per year, depending on the extent of high grading ...and by late 2025, plus interim scrounged production, lots of advanced projects and could brcome NFG's option as a full subsidiary to explore and develop Queensway South which NFG has not be able to do, given the exploration and development demands of Queensway North.

Plus, NFG owns MAE warrants, and has loaned Maritime funds to buy the Pine Cove assets and has a tolling MOU with Maritime.

Its a marriage made in heaven.

Next week we shall be consolidated 1 for 10 .

Looking forward to our new price and less dribbling of small sales.
