I hope you are right Nozz.

As someone who held the stock for quite a bit longer than you, these days are discouraging.

The stock is at an all time low.

The rights.... lol.  well, even Signal has 8 million that I am sure they would unload at half a penny.

As would many other shareholders.

It likely will not trade at a penny once us normal shareholders get a chance to sell.  Because if it did, I would sell at penny.  Take that money and buy shares on the open market at .04.  That way I would be getting my shares for .03 instead of .034.

There is over 200 million rights out there.

I suspect selling them for even 0.005 will be difficult unless you are front of the line.

This was my opinion weeks ago, and it still stands.  This rights offering is a joke to shareholders.  And the joke is on the shareholders.

This was not thing to help shareholders,   the price was brought down, and they basically did a fing 8 million dollar financing at half the shareprice.

In one year, this company will be no further ahead.  Management will continue to get paid.

And then they will have to deal with the approximately $7 million in notes that are due.

Management will continue to get paid.

Sorry......I can't be as positive as you.
