Sprott is second largest Holder of Maritime

Sprott owns at least 25.7 million shares of  Maritimes and 7.9 million warrants....total of 33.6 million .

This was of 2021 .

Not all placees were named in all of Maritimes PPs so Sprott may own more.

However, assuming the warrants were exercised and Sprott exercised its rights, Sprott would now own about 44 million shares of Maritime which would be the second highest holder of Maritime shares along with Dundee.

Thats a very cash rich  Combo..

Such as interim production of stockpiled ore, drilling of Stoger Tight , an updated Feasability study for HD p, and beyond that as we get those warrants exercised, much more drilling of HD etc. Of course, the announcement that NFG will ...more

41.5 % for Dundee and 8.95% for Firefly means that Dundee and Firefly have over 50 % which makes them controlling shareholders . This augurs well for Baie Verte becoming the Hub and Spoke business model of Maritime. The only major asset outside the Baie Verte Peninsula is NFGs Queensway gold discovery. On the NFG I provide a cogent speculative post that Dundee will acquire Pali and its 44 ...more
