Firefly..Direct to Market offer for Dundee shares ?

Forefly is raising /$60 million along with $30 million on the balance sheet .

A tidy sum.

I don't think the following will happen but what do I know what's happening underneath the sheets.

I could offer to buy out Dundee's Approx 400 million shares .
That would give Firefly majority control of Maritime shares.

It could then merge with Maritime, giving it quite a few options to monetize Pickle Crow for cash which imo would be about $100 million.

Or it could trade Pickle Crow to Dundee for its Maritime shares.

Lots of options might be in play and we could be the bride..
