Thank you. I view it as a valuable asset because a portion of the gold resources is open pitable which means more robust free cash flows. However, the Madsen mine of the same grade in that region was acquired in 2023 for $25 million including $350 million in previous investment  including  a 800 tpd mill. But it is purely an underground mine and the price suggests high mining costs ...more
