About the quick price drop

From .065 to .04 so that rights could be offered at .034.
That only took a few million shares sold over a month.

I don't know if Firefly sold their shares.  But if they did sell to Dundee for .034.
They had 50 million shares.
Dundee just bought 47 million shares from someone.

Food for thought.

What if it had been Firefly that sold that few million shares that brought the price way down.
That would explain why it was 47 million sold instead of the 50 million they owned.

This just feels like total manipulation to me.

Will Dundee get involved with firefly?  Was there a back room deal?  Firefly does need a tsx listing.

just questions that go through my head.

So, where did the 70 m shares just acquired by Dundee come from ? Firefly has made a strategic decision to divest of its 70% interest in Pickle Crow. That would be of interest to Dundee . Its been a month now since the rights issue closed and Maritime received its bulk funding. As I reported earlier, there is a lot of develoment activity going on that would be worthy of a NR, yet nothing has ...more

The longer the period of no news , the greater the probability that we are in play. Many options for such to happen..

I've been thinking the same thing, the PP was for drilling and commissioning the mill, they should have drills procured by now and a start date, work on the mill should be nearing completion, and not a word, could be wrong but I have a feeling something is up, maybe plans have changed?

There is a new chairman of the board of directors as of Sept 25.  It is possible that he has a different vision for moving forward.

Dundee,s executives were placed into position a while ago, so they have the insiders view of the events that are about to unfold. Dundee itself has radically altered their business model and just bought out their Preffs.. They are now ready to go. I can only speculate on their new strategic priorities but an arrangement with Firefly and their high grade copper discoveries .....which means very ...more

Nozz, Where did you get they have put aside $3 million for drilling at Stoger Tight?  A couple of weeks ago I thought you said $500 000.   You might have got the $500 000 from a number that I had thrown out a week ago. They are planning to drill 3000 meters according to the news release.  The cost of 3000 meters would be closer to $500 000.  Perhaps a bit more, but not ...more

My apologies .....I think I may have transposed the 3 to the drilling costs of Stoger....you are right it's $500,000 for 3000 meters, which will be needed as input into the updated FS

Ps.  If they put $3 million aside for drilling Stoger.  Then an unknown amount to upgrade the mill.  And the general operating costs. There will not be enough money for the new feasibility study that they said the money would be used for. PSS.  You mentioned a couple of times that Gold Resource Canada acquired 47 million shares of mae in the summer of 2023. I can't find ...more
