Gold Resource Corp/
Nozz.... I questioned you on a fact you stated and asked me to point me in the right direction, as I could find nothing.
You had said that Gold Resource Canada had purchased 47 million shares in the summer of 2023 and I could find nothing to validate that.
I just read the info on another stock site. It was actually Gold Resource Corp., and not Gold Resource Canada who purchased the 47 million shares. And it was 2022 not 2023. They bought them as a strategic investment.
So i'm glad to know that it is very possible that it was Gold Resource Corp who may have sold the shares and not Firefly. That would make a lot of sense.
So thanks for your info.... though it took a bit of work and question asking to get the answer :)

My apology for that difficulty in confirmation. My info came from SEDI where it was called Gold Resource Canada. The NR May have misquoted the name ..

No problem. No need to apologize. I would not have known about that company owning 47 million shares if not for you. I always question everything I read on these forums. It helps to separate the wheat from the chaff. Enjoy your weekend.

Dundee will eventually well the business (probably to Firefly)... They have done this numerous times when the company reaches a point where someone else can create more value (Reunion Gold sale to Gmin, Big River Gold sale to Aura etc.)

Yes, very good examples for comparison. Reunion and Gmin and then a very rapidly growing spin out adding further value. Pickle Crow is quite a nice trading asset that could be a very valuable spin out as part of a tripartite deal... Just sayin..

Shifty, Sedi shows Palmiere still holding his 47 million shares through his private company , Gold Resources Canada. It was Gold Resources Corp....GORO on the NYSE...who acquired those shares in 2022. Palmiere is CEO of Goro.
