REIT’S ARE NOW A BUY

REIT’S ARE NOW A BUYNow that interest rates are starting to level and probably go down in the next year, REIT's are becoming a very attractive buy going forward. MAR.UN is basically in it's infancy as far as REIT's go. I view this as a great entry point for a well run and managed company. A distribution increase is likely as the net profit is up in each of last few quarters leaving the company with a solid cash position to take advantage of another property purchase in the near future.
