I guess I’m the only one hereAnyway the net asset value of this company is $1.90 a share and it does not trade at even half of that. Pays a small dividend,should be more. Management has to do more to get the good word out, so they can raise money at a higher price.  I am sure Trump has a lot of buildings for sale at fire sale prices. These guys should give him a call
