made my first buy

been watching this since it started trading.
not a very liquid stock, hopefully they create share holder value and liquidity for their stock
I will hold this for the next 2-3 years, long term 
a dividend announcement would get this going,

Nice, but highly unlikely since they had negative income of 510,871, on then recent financials on SEDAR. For a REIT, you would expect positive FFO, and a deeper dive on cash flows, debt, finance terms, NOI, and cap rates are needed. What are the interest rates, and reset dates given the likely increases in interest rates ? For now, I am watching, and no interest (no pun intended) in buying ...more

you have come unhinged, and are following me everywhere i post? LOL, this is a BRAND NEW REIT, they just started trading 4 months ago,  no dividend yet, but they will make an announcement soon. Not sure why you are following me, but your bickering with me allows others to see the stock too.. So keep it up

10 months later and its first acquisition...https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/marwest-apartment-real-estate-investment-trust-announces-proposed-acquisition-820994149.html lets hope they keep growing..its been slow so far...and i was going to sell..But now I will hold...
