PRICE CRASH

WOW stock price got killed today. Only 2 sellers though, I am assuming that they got tired of holding this company as it hardly ever trades and it was quite a bit higher earlier in the year. So tax loss selling could be a benefit for the more patient investor.It pays a small dividend and now at this stock price the div is just under 3%.

This trust has a very low payout ratio right now hovering around the 8% mark last quarter. Quite a bit less of a lower payout ratio the quarter before. I think the BOD could easily double the distribution each month. The stock price would at least double also if they were to do so.
