I just noticed this stock the other day and was planning on loading up, can you please explain what the rollback would mean as the outstanding shares are low at 63 million. Thanks

can you please state when they rolled back last? I scrolled all the way down to 2010 news releases for IMT on this website and didn't see any mention of stock splits or consolidation.

Ah now I see. At any rate, is there potential here of a share price in the dollar range or is this just too diluted?

Any good company can be at a $1, with a high share count. But these guys never have any intention of making a go of this company. They'll have properies, by increasing the share count, do nothing, roll back the shares and start all over again. In the meantime paying themselves. Thanks Slotracker, for providing the last rollback date, it saved me time.
