International Montoro Resources Says Name Change to

 Marvel Discovery Effective on Wednesday

11:26 AM EST, 02/22/2021 (MT Newswires) -- International Montoro Resources (IMT.V) on Monday said it received exchange approval to change its name to Marvel Discovery Corp, with the change effective on Feb.24.

The company said its share symbol will also be changed to MARV on the TSX Venture Exchange when it switches its name.

"We are thrilled with the new branding of our company signifying a new beginning. We are most excited with what the future has awaiting for our shareholders as we lay out our plans for 2021 in the coming weeks," chief executive Karim Rayani said in a release.

International Montoro shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.09 on the Venture Exchange.
