Question re Power One Shares

By what date do you have to own MARV shares in order to be eligible for the spin off Power One shares?????
Not pleased with the 5 for 1 split.  Suffered 3 years in IMT waiting for Pecors drilling and now here I am in the soup again.  Thought things would be better with new management.  Must be a slow learner.  GLTA

Yes, you are a slow learner.  This is NOT A SPLIT. This is a spin out of a new company. You will get 1 share of the new company for every share you own of Marvel. Marvel is not issuing any Marvel shares, you will receive shares in the new company. The share count in Marvel does not change. Marvel will keep about 20% of the shares in the newly created company and be able to ride the upward

OOPS, my bad. You get 1 shares of the new company for every 5 shares of Marvel you own. Too excited when I was typing yesterday. VOTING HELL YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
