I said spin off and slightly misspoke by expressing frustration over the 1 for 5 ratio of the spinoff shares that is being discussed. Although I REALIZE that ratio has not yet been confirmed.

By what date do you have to own MARV shares in order to be eligible for the spin off Power One shares????? Not pleased with the 5 for 1 split. Suffered 3 years in IMT waiting for Pecors drilling and now here I am in the soup again. Thought things would be better with new management. Must be a slow learner. GLTA Don't know why you and others keep blaming new management
