Spin-off shares

Anyone heard anything about when the spin-iff shares are getting listed?  When I talked to the company a month ago they said it would be announced in a month.  MiH

IMO based on past experiance? As soon as they figure out how to spin more shares into cheap financings. That spin into 'arms length parties pockets' Pecor's?
