Definitely not a takeover.  Only 49% of Southern Cross is held by "regular" shareholders, the other 51% is owned by Mawson.  If a suitor wanted to assure a takover of Sunday Creek, they would have to take out Mawson. The pending news is likely another bonanza-grade drill result from Apollo.
