This reverse split was done to purge the resistance from old disgruntled shareholders.
1) The next step will be to reveal who's going to be funding MBI going forward. That will be a nice catalyst in itself. I suspect some sort of strategic partner that is going to bring Gene FX to fruition.
2) For those rights being granted you are going to see a nice injection of cash and granting shares to this strategic partner as a result
3) We then will see what WJ is going to do with the cash. I suspect (assuming the above is true) that he'll use the cash and go back to UHN (who we have a good wroking relationship with) and buy the next piece of juicy IP which will likely have some news catalyst in itself.
