Partnership Question

Has anyone read the ADX presentation from November 2023 that has MCF as the farm in partner?

MCF seems to be posing as the lease owner, but this shows ADX still controls the Welchau-1 location:

No..MCF has not posed as lease holder. News releases always as been stated as a 25% earn-in on this Austrian play with ADX Energy...Now , one could of also played ADX..however they are only listed on the Australian Exchange....MCF is more accessible and easier for trading on our Canadian Exchange and has alot more high-impact exploration blocks for gas and oil across Germany as well.
