Not only him buying also makes the company buy back shares. Company with very small floating shares outstanding buy back share means pull the gun out shooting his own foot. Need to replace the top.

Their investment in Jite is moving along nicely.  There are still so many things management can do to pique some more interest in the company.  Hire an analyst to conduct some research, update Jite's website, professional IR firm, BNN, etc... the list goes on.  I'm hoping this is just management's plan, fly under the radar, buy back cheap shares, then do all of the above
