Just curious, usually worries me when an Insider sells shares in their company.   Maybe not so much in this case as MDL is executing and is ready for a SP rewrite if all things line up in the next few months.

Don has sold a few hundred thousand shares since Sept and continues to sell as of Nov 13th.  He still has 3 million shares in his account so its not a big percentage but since, the SP has had a steady decline from the thirties and low forty.

Anyone have any thoughts? (needing money is always one reason).

Think you'll find Don has been raising some cash to exercise 15c warrants that would be approaching their 3yr term. Personally just cashed out some Lynas on the current rally so planning to use a portion of that to exercise warrants due mid next year.

Gotta anticipate the volatlity with a microcap, most important point is the rally demonstrated the perceived value here, certainly be exercising my 15c warrants expecting the SP to make those 40c levels again. Perhaps not blindingly obvious on the surface but the interest in mineral sands monazite waste to a rare earth feedstock has gone off the scale in both US & Australia, with some big

Thank you for the valuable information and quality post.  Question, do you see Medallion going it alone, selling their IP to the highest bidder, or JV with acompany or companies and working out some type of Royality in exchange for the knowledge? GLTA

Would only be guessing, but one of the advantages here is that flexibility, they could buy feed and process in the US, perhaps license flow sheet to someone else in India or Australia. Process is agnostic, low CapEx, and creates an intermediate product that can be fed direct to SX, i.e. LAMP Malaysia, provided the cost basis is attractive. Nothing to say the big guys can't develop their own
