Don Lay and his business legacy

I agree, Don was always available and a first class person. He is missed. To be honest, I have been reflecting this morning about how fortunate we all are at Medallion that he had the foresight to transition the leadership of the company to the very best person out there in the rare earths space, Mark Saxon, IMO. We have all benefited certainly. Certainly we would all be in a pickle today if he hadn't.
