Lath I think you've been here as long as I have if not longer. As a shareholder myself along with  two friends we own 2+% of the shares out. (And that's after the 10/1) I  can't get an up date on anything. I see more dilution coming soon unless he can run the company on air. Are the directors working for nothing?. Same old BS as before. dons shares outstanding are nothing but ...more

Its simple NEK companies have simply went around over and under this company  most all monazite is now bought up in N A by China they drug there feet and lost the massive west Texas deposit just like the Saudi deal years ago .there only chance now is Australia and China is moving full force on any deposit it can buy there .ACDC is only chance and that slips daily  With this much interest ...more
Comment by MKB1974 on Nov 20, 2021 3:31pm
There is no massive west Texas deposit. It was Chemours Co. and their mineral sand operations are in Georgia, and it's not massive. Look at a map. All of the US Gulf coast deposits combined are tiny compared to what is in Australia alone, not counting south east Asia and W Africa. The NA monazite is going to Energy Fuels for their very small operation which involves shipping their mixed ...more

Get your facts straight. Why in the hell were they going to buildt in west Texas then. You are simply wrong or willfully ignorant     And if you think companies hv not looked at. M. D. L and moved on you are misinformed.
Comment by MKB1974 on Nov 22, 2021 9:34pm
There could be any number of reasons to have built the pilot plant in west Texas. You should ask them if it puzzles you that much. The fact is (and this is in fact a fact), the monazite was to be sourced from Chemours mineral sand operation in Georgia.

And no the switch to mark saxon was because of dons Heath issues nothing more. And it has do so great since then. 10 cent share price
Comment by laith on Nov 22, 2021 3:28pm
M. D. L is not building pilot plant or any plant they are only a licensing company from now on period. Call and ask
Comment by MKB1974 on Nov 22, 2021 9:39pm
You are correct. MDL is not at this point building a pilot plant. ACDC (of which MDL is a founding shareholder) is building the plant, and they will license the extraction and separation tech from MDL. I believe this widely known by anyone here who is following the story.
Comment by laith on Nov 22, 2021 11:40pm
Did China buy the deposit in Georgia   Is. M. D. L now just a licensing company. Is china trying to buy deposits in Australia as we speak. Is share price at 13 cents. What in your opinion will ever move the share price honest question what will move it sir

That's great to know. And as happy coincidence would have it, Mark has the Murray Basin in his backyard which is around four times the size of all of the mineral sand deposits in the southeast US combined (which, to be sure, does not include west Texas where there is no 'massive' monazite deposit). West Texas does have the Round Top Mountain, and they're mining REEs, but it's ...more

MKB nailed it again, would only add, look to Iluka's feasibility study due H1 '22 as a validation REO from monazite, it's cost base will very likely make dinosaurs of most hard rock deposits, particularly both new & old struggling for funding, which is near 100% regardless the pumping. Iluka currently building the intermediate plant A$30/40M to take the 20% monazite, +40kt ...more

You have been so accurate with your news none of witch has come true AU if you think MDL is building a pilot plant you are dead wrong
Comment by ausheds on Nov 23, 2021 5:12am
Do try and understand company announcements, as MKB pointed out to you MDL have leveraged their IP into equity ACDC which will likely go straight to building a commercial plant in Sth Australia once the resource is defined.
Comment by laith on Nov 23, 2021 5:19pm
so is MDL building a pilot plant   NO they are not  marks own words they are moving to just be a teck licensing  company   is that an accurate statement

Is the share price 13 cents or are we missing something AU
Comment by ausheds on Nov 24, 2021 4:12am
Who cares what the mkt thinks, I'm comfortable there is far more value in the MDL business. No doubt you would have been saying exactly the same thing Lynas 3.5c June 2015, when I was throwing the kitchen sink at it. BTW, MDL is a foundation investor ACDC, not licensee, a decent IPO will quickly underpin MDL asset value/mkt cap, likely to be other JV type arrangements, as well as licensing ...more

A couple of spot on posts Pip, MDL is a microcap at this point, recent run in the SP clearly demonstrates just how leveraged SH's are to any hint of a business in the RE space. Confident there will be news on ACDC shortly, and an IPO early next year but it will be tiny, lot of work to do there so don't expect something big & flashy as you would get from Ucore and the other carnival ...more

I found another kitchen sink for you to throw. Just don't hit Crazycj or c1959 please. It's soon be a full year since MDL started waiting for AcDc's IPO. Not to mentioned a perhaps 1 share for 90 reverse split with MLLOF SP at  +0.048c Of coures the ROW customers are not lining up under Biden's blame game... no one wants to be the first IPO in his recession.
