Fixable Temp Problem or Deeper Metallurgy Recovery Issues

Shareholders,

I would appreciate some thoughts from the greater community as to what some of your personal feelings are on Midway going forward.  I know there are biases involved, but it was hoping we could put those aside and just be as factual as possible with out fabricating and over stating what we have going on.

As we all know, for those folks that's been around this crazy sector for any length of time things very seldom run smoothly or go as planned even for the big boys with all the money and experience available.

I'm a relatively new MDW investor and I'm a bit concerned about what has transpired with the fall-off in grade recoveries and the noticeable lack of guidance and communications coming from management on corrective actions and solutions.  Is this management team open and transparent?

Should I have be concerned in that area?

Before anyone overreacts, I'm not trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. I'm just exploring the thoughts of the greater investor base and trying to get a feel for the mood going forward and if there is any deeper concerns that we as a company may have a bigger problem with the ore recoveries that were not properly vetted during the early metallurgy work.

Or is this just the typical start-up hick-ups and blunders that will get successfully worked out.

None of us have a crystal ball and a lot of this commentary is guess work at best.

Just curious what some of the thoughts are because we clearly have a negative tone that has manifested itself with the relentless down draft in the share price and of course the weak gold price hasn't helped in that regard.

The reason I ask is because another well known monster company at one time named "Allied Nevada" had these same types of issues that they never got a handle on. In fairness ANV just simply had too much debt to service aside from those other issues but they never did get their ore recoveries worked out as best as I can remember.

If I'm wrong on that issue please feel free to correct me, I don't mind being told I was wrong.

Just a few thoughts on this lackluster day and a few concerns from hopefully a long-term investor.

Well, it appears no one is interested enough in the company to comment on it good or bad. So en-light of that, I guess the weakness in the stock price is not so surprising.

In fill drilling now? That could mean mined grade to date is significantly different than modeled and at this very low grade could be a disaster.   It appears fines/clay is affecting heap recovery. Gold Rock?

RealityCheck, How in the world could there fine clay effecting recovery and none of these issues were found during the metallugy work that all companies have to go through to ever even get to production. I'm simply stunned that management and the Geo's are just now seeing this issue for the first time right at production and never saw it as a problem years ago.

Instead of the ore being crushed and agglomerated they decided to go to run of mine where fines and clay may blind off even solution distribution. Once blinded not sure what you can really do.  Why would they change, to save capital.  They will be lucky to get better than 60% recovery on ROM if this  is the issue.
