can any tell me how far back the notion of a pharmacy or chain was announced or hinted at. Curious to see how long this is taking and trying to figure out what are the reason chains are not moving on this .

I'm thinking they are running into some serious issues. Bill could not eloborate. What makes you think more testing is necessary. If they have all these world certifications ?
