MedX continues to prove it is scalable and a proven solution

MedX announces another major partnership in the Medical Clinical market space. MedX announced earlier that it had completed a major deal in the Netherlands using the DermSecure telemedicine platform. In that announcement MedX had been open in only 2 clinics in 2 months and had performed over 800 scans on 500 patients. The key to this announcement and the current announcement with Empower (Rexall) is the throughput of patients. MedX makes ~$15.00 a patient consult and the cost to MedX is $.26 because this is a proper SaaS model.
In the trial with Empower they plan to reach out to 13,500 existing patients announcing this service.

Here is the Netherlands announcement;

The pilot project in the medical space is a little different than most posters imagine. There is extensive due diligence done prior to a pilot even being contemplated.The due diligence is extensive because the pharmacy/med clinics do not do pilots that cannot be deployed across their network qafter suyccessful completion. The pilots are to put the system in a few locations and stress test it with volume, pricing, marketing push to see what works, and adjust any workflow issues that may arise. This is a very well thought out process. It ensures once the pilot is complete they can then do a full system rollout.

I have posted for quite some time that MedX is scalable and secure if it was not there would be no pilots. Now with a brand name behind MedX (Empower/Rexall) I suspect there will be additional pharmacy/med clinics coming on board. This service gives a huge brand differentiator to Empower (access to a Dermatologist in 72 hours) and once the technology starts savings lives the word will spread. First market mover advantage goes to Empower in Canada and it just shows the kind of vision Steven McAuley and his team has brought to the Empower Clinic Network.

I would encourage everyone to read the Beacon Report it is on the post by "Piece of Cake".

this is Good news, especially if Medx is making 15$ per that's going to be huge.Cant seem to find anywhere about how long the pilots will take before we would know whether empower will move forward with Medx. Where can one fine the " Price of cake" Things are looking up for Medx. Mostly due I am sure to Mike's efforts.
