This looks like a strategic or a large investor who basically said I want a large block of shares and rather then try and buy it off the exchange felt the money would be better in MedX's treasury. I am encouraged that MedX is able to tell investors  their go-to-market strategy and then hhave an offer to finance. This is a well funded company that has a lo execute on their revenue numbers

This is amazing news on a PP. There is a positive spin needed to be taken off of this one. For any individual wanting to pay a premium of .03 cents on a stock they must feel real comfortable that there is something coming in terms of a upward movement in this company. can you help us understand how this is good for the long term holders as we were told that Mdx would be debt free by year's end but at what cost to the share holders. The .18 is good but diluting even further with even more warrants. How is mdx going to handle the existing warrants moving forward. MedX like any company looks at opportunities and the costy of opportunities. If a strategic investor wants to put capital into MedX's tresury and that enhance MedX's balance sheet and opens up opportunities to MedX you take the money. You only do this if it speeds up your time to market. I take it that is what is behind this PP. It was done a a premium to the market which is a very good

foreshadowing. first off, we are all investors. we own stock at a certain price. that means it is the STOCK PRICE, not the market cap that matters to us. So yes dilution matters because it means existing holders get boned. again. and you do realize that just because you print and sell a bunch more shares (ie dilution) it doesn't automatically add to the market cap right? unless the company
