Chaotic management style prevails
Not the fisrt company to be blinded by an arrogant assumption that a good product will sell itself. NETA believed the same and were never able to understand why VHS, an inferior product, became the choice of consumers. In a word, marketing. This company just doesn't have it. Never has. Hence lots of noise but no substance.
