PEA scheduled to be completed in 2nd Quarter of 2021?

Does this 2nd quarter mean the period from April to June? I ask because in the UK they talk about  the first quarter being from April to June, meaning the 1st quarter of the new financial year. So in mining terminology is the 1st quarter from Jan to March and so on on a calendar basis?

The PEA  will be extremely important and will impact the price of the stock no question about it. However before that expect that towards the end of February when they announce the quarter results ending December 31, 2020,  that they will probably announce a new resource estimate based on the drilling results  ...  and we know that the resource estimate will be significantly

Probably a good time to accumulate then before the end of February and then afterwards before the PEA in 2nd quarter?
