While the two companies have a three-month period with which to formulate a definitive agreement,


Anybody else emailed the company ? I did not get a reply.

Hi there, no Problem getting an Answer from the IR ! Shirley Anthony is answering eyery Question per Mail, Twitter ore anywere else. As for the final JV Agreement - the Laywers of each Party are on it - takes Time as every Party have to agree on some Changes or Ideas in this very detailded Agreement. Carefully optimistic we should see the Final Contract by the End of this Month. Meanwhile the

Congratulations jdgreat....It would be nice to see the agreement signed but I also want it to be  favourable for MGM and I am hoping it is legally generous towards us.....Agnico can afford to be generous and the two teams work well together.....I am presently focussed on the gold situation going into the future expiry at this weeks end......It could be excellent for us....best to all
