A couple of thoughts: Deal isn't finalized until December at earliest, possibly 2022. That gives MGM time to increase resource estimate to 4.8M oz. or more. 4.8M would be 10% of the merged company's total oz. With a 10% increase in their total oz. right in their backyard obviously a takeout target. They will have $2.3B in liquidity, so how about spending some of that on MGM. How much

Hi Bluegrass, i,m afraid you have to rethink your Numbers ;) First of all - how do you count the 4,8 M Oz for Maple - unfortunately we stand at 2,8 and what is to note - that's not a Reserve ! Just inferred  I personally don't think we hit 4 Mio with the new Resource Update.  As for your 10 % - they are talking from Reserve Status . The Website from Agnico alone points

Hi Aschi, I welcome your input. I agree I'm optimistic with the 4.8M, but i lke round numbers.  If they currently have 2.8M (I know not at the highest level of certainty) I doubt that they would plan a new resource update to bring it up to 2.9 or 3M.  therefore the number has to be somewhat higher, not 4.8, but maybe 3.5 or higher.  All guesses of course. Another thought

BG3 agree - between 3,5 to 4 Million Ounces is my Guess with around 20.000 Meters Results added. We had two great Holes in Nika and 531 - but as well many with nothing countable - I,ve expected some Hits at NE IP Target ( they referred to Vezza) but nothing great yet there -  Market does not give us any Support with most Explorer / Juniors well down 50 % plus since their Highs 12 Months ago

Hi Aschi1, Without a doubt you are one of the more knowledgable posters both on Stockhouse and on ceo.ca with respect to MGM.  I concur 100% with what you have stated.   Yesterday I started an opening position (initial tranche) in MGM.  Not quite at the same level of ownership as you  but may get there eventually.   Patience is the key. 3 reasons for buying. 1

Matt said target is 5M ounces! With the drillign holes since last estimate, we may see it before the end of this year when new resouce update comes out. Ten baggers potential has not changed a bit, actually even stronger. After KL deal, next is MGM! :) GO MGM! TO DA MOON!
