@ 40% premium...

MGM got 100% ownership on all the projects ( including the Jotel from AEM contribution).

This story is still very much alive, not like you think AEM ditched MGM.

Kiran made a good deal I think to take 100% back and in charge of own strategy with full control

If drill plan comes out more strategical, the SP will surge.... 

MGM/AEM 2.0 will kick in and this time under Kiran's leadership
