When ABAXX (ABXX) bought stock in MHUB I did too.  Those guys are mostly former Goldman Sachs commodity execs so if it was good enough for them it was good enough for me.  In addition to the shares they got, they also got warrants exercisable at C.35 until Nov.  In MHO I think it's a prelude to a merger at a much higher price.

Just to add...by buying 8.3 M Minehub shares, Abaxx would have a 10.9% stake in MHUB. It also means that Minehub holds 219,000 shares of Abaxx, worth $2.5M But also in the deal, if Abaxx exercises the warrants exercisable at  $.35, it would increase their stake in MHUB to 19.9%.  The end of November 2024 is only 2 months away.  So it will be interesting to see what action ABXX
