A price decline based on facts that I have perceived - not that was heard today. The fact is that Medmira hat won in the last quarter and run the execution. it is not about "keeping us happy " the ceo and board have a responsibility to shareholders When board members fail their responsibilities to me - they lose respect, confidence and are considered untrustworthy
