So with all of the posts that are positive and negative, I decided to reach out to MIR

I didn't ask any in depth qiestions but more hinted at a time line.  As I was asking for my organization.  This is the response I received this morning about an hour after I sent.

Thank you for reaching out.
We will provide the market with the EUA update as soon as we know. It is an unusual process and quite different from the normal approval process with clear time lines.

It isn't anything concrete, or any different than anyone else is getting other than they are waiting.... same as us.  Holding.....

What Meile never knew he would not be able to sell his old under EUA. You investment will be rewarded with what Meile is full of: Empty Hands. Meile is a genius! Now his useless company has all our money and we have nothing!
