Don't blame you as appears MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER and/OR are either quite contented or have plans to TAKE EVERYTHING by flushing out all MINORITY long-term shareholders.

MM PROBABLY explains the slight price dip and some volume BUT interesting to find out WHO are the buyers my guess? MM & FAMILY! why not if you already have in hand a good standing offer
