A1/5A Submission "The Form A1 (for mainboard) and Form 5A (for GEM) is submitted not later than 80 days before the listing date. Richard ,  Richard , you forget two things. Form A1 was submitted previously , as part of the earlier application process. Secondly, it's not later than 80 days before the listing date, so it could be just 10 days before the listing date and would contained a detailed draft of the prospectus . Clearly, in its third listing application submission in May 2023, there would be very

in my opinion, it only makes sense that the Form A1 is submitted with each of the listing applications. Persistance filed his application 22.05.2022 along the third iteration of the draf prospectus. https://www1.hkexnews.hk/app/appindex.html I was not sure about this sentence and its meaning (translation into german) But still, i read it as 80 days must be between submitting A1 and listing date.
