Major shareholders?

Are the major shareholders of Majestic actually known? Do these major shareholders already own 51% or more of Majestic?
I can't imagine more than 50% being small shareholders like us.
Who actually attends the general meetings and votes?

The answere was discussed but burried under a barrage of other posts, to have a shiny surface here i guess Private placements togehter with the 12% share from fan kong zong are holding more than 51%. Only 1 entity, fan kong has more than 10%. Shareholder approval was required for the case below in June 2020, they didnt ask all shareholders. Since i am aware of this, i dont think MGM will only ...more

Voting was probably restricted to registered shareholders. Most retail are beneficial holders rather than registered and therefore did not vote on those issues

and they send them a personal letter,? If they wanted to adress all shareholders (registered and unregistered), they would have made an public anouncment to vote like it is with the AGM each year.  Public anouncment, giving registered voters the chance to vote and unregistered the chance to vote via a proxy. This is the only thing that makes sense. Beneficial holder shares are generally held by an intermediary such as your brokerage house. They cannot vote except when the beneficial holder .. if they would aks all shareholders, they would do it like its done with the AGM each year. As every year, registered and non registered shareholders can vote at the agm. Non registered need to take action with the broker/proxy.  They havent done this 2020 and there is no sign they are doing it this time. This is really the most obvious fact and that you persistantly ignore it is astounding ...more
