Its not crystal clear but Persistence may be approved in principle subject to approval of the IPO documentation ..

I hope I am wrong but that remains an interpretative decision. This is a very convoluted process that has wasted a year . We have plenty of funds to install X RAY non chemical ore separators which will considerably boost gold production at the same milling rate which means lower costs per ounce.. Add GPS to allow better surgical blasting and voila we are at 100,000 ounces. I will also note that
