No dividends - why?

I reviewed old financial statements. The overcapitalized balance sheet has been apparent for a long time. Why then if everything is on the level are they averse to distributing dividends like any other company in a very healthy financial position?

At March 31, 2022, current assets exceeded total liabilities by US$10 million.

Lack of diviends combined with absolutely tiny board ownership and lack of insider buying strikes me as especially odd.

Now they're paying Stockhouse for IR services.

Maybe because they reinvest all their capital in new acquisitions.

No. The working capital surplus comprised mainly of cash has been increasing. They haven't bought back any shares either. Something doesn't add up. One writes: "Used to be in this stock for many years. Don't trust the mgmt or the partners in Asia." Can you blame them for being skeptical and lacking trust? Paying Stockhouse to wave some pom poms isn't going to help build ...more
