Dividends?

I reviewed historical news release and can't see them ever paying dividends. Why is that? They had a dividend but apparently didn't buy any shares because the share count remains the same as in 2019. Never seen a company like this.

I meant they had a buyback but didn't buy any shares? I don't see any share count reduction from it.

my buzzword :) Sharebuyback 1 2018/2019 - never bought a single share back - never comunicated why Sharebuyback 2 2021/2022 only 10% of the possible volume was bought back despite overwhelmingly good financials.
