Niger is at the bottom with China considered just a bit better. Could partially explain the apparent reluctance of mgmt and board to buy shares or push for share price exposure via options? Mr. Kenwood, President and CEO, has been at the top for over 10 yrs yet holds 270,000 shares in total. I believe Richard holds more shares than all the executives and directors combined.
