Your stock is 4.5 cents now. Maybe spend more time doing research and/or pumping your MKI stock instead of spending time chasing me around on every board because I posted a couple of posts that you didn't like aka the truth on this board.
So now it's official. MKI is under 5 cents with no catalyst to drive it upwards that I can tell. So when it comes to financing either they do a reverse split and PP, somehow find a way to extend the terms of the debt which will likely include incentives that are dilutive to the stock and higher interest rates or default and hand the assets to the creditors. 3 not very pretty options.
This is a lesson to all those who want to start a small business. Make sure you're profitable in your flagship product before spending all your cash on another one that has no immediate cash inflow. I think the MKI people have talent in the medical and engineering fields but don't know how to run a business. This is not 1999 where cash was free flowing for any good sounding idea. You need profits quickly or a lot of cash upfront to bring you to a profitable level.
