Revenue breakdown

They provided the revenue breakdown on page 12 of the MD&A which reads like this:

iaHealth - $53K, mHealth $43K for Q2

iaHealth $76K, mHealth $121K YTD

So iaHealth did grow QoQ from $23K to $53K but that's far too little too late imo. That mHealth division just looks pathetic. Not only did they spend their precious capital funding on it, now it's a major cash drain and revenues are badly tanking. This could be the goof of the year for the TSX biotech sector.

iaHealth on a standalone perspective doesn't look too bad - $155K loss on $53K revenue. That means had they solely focused on that instead of working on the purchase, they probably had enough cash to see the division breakeven around $200K in revenue/qtr by year end, then see the light at the end of the tunnel with respect to it being able to grow to pay their interest and corporate admin expenses in 2014.

Contrary to "RETARD" if PROJECTION ARE REALIZED we'll be just fine.

Why don't you provide some analysis on why you think this is fine? Instead of just saying it. I think I did a pretty good job at dissecting their MD&A and providing evidence that they are not fine at all. Now your turn to prove me otherwise. Of course you're just not smart enough but even if you were Einstein you still couldn't paint over this turd of a financial report.  ...more

So going around and ranking all my posts a 1, including the ones not on this board is the best you can do? Hahaha how pathetic you are.

My advise to you : don't like something stay the hell out. Its very simple.

I was checking the financials to see if it was worth a buy and it wasn't. The motto "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all" doesn't apply to the stock market. Also you have provided absolutely no use to this board whatsoever. Whether people agree or disagree with my opinion, everyone must admit I did make a concerted effort to go through the ...more
