I would suggest to pay close attention to who Salient Imaging is. They are very tight-lipped on the internet so far as to who is on their management team, but it would not suprise me in the least if some friends of MKI show their weasely faces there, particularly the ones that were in charge of using the company's money to buy some magic beans called MyTrak that set this demise in motion.

As far as I know although we did not physically feel it we got the shaft. The Company supposedly had some good proprietary technology and were getting it into the market but then for some unkown reason they decided to acquire some "related" business which subsequently put them into bankruptcy. This worked to the effect of shafting all the little shareholders and we got boom all -- not

A few years back I was involved with shares of another Health Industry company called Biosyntech. It went belly up. This is an excerpt from a legal firm in the U.S. that is doing a class action lawsuit. Note the company that took over the proprietary technology is based in India. I doubt if anyone will get anything out of the suit. It has been going on for at least 4 years I think. This info below
