That is my point this can be taken up in price but for reasons it is not.The time is not right 
because it is not sustainable at this time.Dont get me wrong I am very patient as I see some of what you see in the specialness in this property.I say keep it up because I love what you guys are doing.

Sustainability comes from the business.  We'll do whatever is in our power to have the stock reflect where the business should be valued at.  That's the reason for the NCIB, and the reason I've purchased over 10m shares at prices I thought didn't reflect the value of the business at the time I bought them.   That's also the reason Wexford purchased 100's of
