That's us, KL has identified MKR and done a JV.  We are waiting for the news release.

tthat is some good logic. Trilateral JV now, Newmont gets a side door / side car access to MKR. Question comes back to MKR ownership and I am confident in Deluce will work the deal as best he can.if the term sheet has changed and Deluce gains room to wiggle, he wiggles. I hope this impacts $s raised and price, but don't want to get too optimistic now!
