Super dumb question.

The queue to get through to my broker is annoyingly long, I generally stick to stocks and ETFs, and my research online has come up with nothing so I'll ask here (feel free to mock me). The most recent news release mentioned "the notes" or debentures that entitle the holder to purchase of silver at $5/oz from the CUMO Mine. Are those only open to institutional investors?

The debentures are open to anyone - if you are interested - phone Cumo and ask for prospectus and info and then go from there.
